1.         PROGRESS ON ISSUES RAISED AND ACTIONS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS

Discussion at Area Committee Chairs and Vice Chair’s meetings on 27 January 2025 agreed format and regularity of meetings.  May/June proposed to allow for timely reporting of annual statistics.  Attendance agreed for this committee at the 5 June 2025 meeting.

Development of a Neighbourhood Plan for Harrogate.

Member briefing scheduled for 23 April 2025 to include information on Town Investment Plans and Neighbourhood Plans.

Update on gritting and response to severe weather events.

Proposed for consideration at the 22 April 2025 meeting of the Transport, Economy, Environment and Enterprise Overview and Scrutiny Committee (to be confirmed).  Members to be kept informed of proposed agenda items relating to this event.
